There was a time in my life when, especially around the Full Moon, I felt heavy, like a cloud of negativity was surrounding me. Even after bathing, I couldn’t shake the dirty, stuck feeling. I thought something was seriously wrong with me—so much so that I tried different healing modalities in search of relief. While chakra balancing and energy healing helped temporarily, the heaviness would return.

In 2016, my life took a turn when I became an online coach. I connected with others like me, highly sensitive to the energies and emotions around them—Empaths. I learned how to shield myself, and over time, I transformed my sensitivity into my superpower. As I embraced my shadows and awakened the light within, I evolved from being affected by my surroundings to becoming an empowered Empath. Now, I stand as a lighthouse for others, helping lost souls find their way back to their true selves and purpose.

At the time of the Full Moon, negativity within us rises to the surface, just like how the ocean tides are affected by the moon. Since our bodies are made of 70% water, we feel these shifts deeply, especially as sensitive souls. This is the time to release what no longer serves us and call in the energy we desire to create.
